My daughter Bhawna Kashliwal was scheduled to fly from Kolkata to Guwahati in6E 207 on 13th December and come back from Guwahati to Kolkata by Flight no.6E 6248 on same date due a death case in the family.Her PNR No.was JGF76U.She was issued boarding card mentioning seat no.28D and gate no 19.She was waiting on gate no.19 and noticing that there was no boarding from that gate at about 1025 she contacted Indigo staff and was told that the boarding is over.She was also told that the flight was scheduled for gate no.19 but afterwards changed for gate no 18 due to some technical problem.But no such SMS was received by the passenger.Again iof there was any change in gate no.it was the duty of the company to depute a staff at gate no.19 to take passengers to gate no.18.This is a very wrong act on the part of the airlines causing heavy financial losses and mental disturbacnce to my daughter.Please reply...Santosh Kumar jain Was this information helpful? |
