Pnr : hcf23g flight no : 6e - 235 from : hyd to : bom. Our flight was scheduled in the wee hours of 5th october 2017 at 05:35 am. Despite my family making it before time at the airport and clearing the formalities at the ticket counter, the security checks at gmr were inordinately delayed for more than 40 mins (Especially female security verification). The ground staff was ill-equipped to handle the large crowd. No announcements, no passenger assistance whatsoever to clear passenger traffic based on departure priority was undertaken and finally there were no checks by the indigo staff themselves to ensure everyone was aboard. Absolute chaos prevailed and we were left in a lurch at the boarding gate 105 despite us reaching there at 05:10 am. The female staff there who was indifferent and arrogant, quietly sent an escort with us to move us out of the airport. Extremely unprofessional and wretched attitude of the indigo team. What finally pissed us off was the ticket counter staff insisting that we pay rs.16000/= plus for the next flight at 07:00 am. Shame on indigo for losing its sheen, ethos and values. My family is done with indigo after a decade long fruitful association. We are immensely hurt and saddened to even claim a refund for the debacle. Rip indigo. Was this information helpful? |
