[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Food Poison after having "Submarine Sandwich" on board flight 6E 241

Hello I'm very much worried that my wife had food poison after having "Submarine Sandwich" on board flight 6E 241 from Vishakapatanam to Hyderabad 13:10 on 24 Nov 2014. She is still suffering from stomach ache and continuous vomits. Its is very irresponsible that Indigo is serving Stale and unhygenic food on flight. The airlines should make sure the food served on their flights is fresh and hygienic. I request a complete refund of the flight charges and the airlines take the responsibility of other passengers ill health caused by food consumed on the flight.
