Indigo Airlines — For refund of my ticket amount

Dear Sir, I am Akhilesh Jain, travelled with my team member Amit Verma from Goa to jaipur on 11th July 2015. We came from Goa to Mumbai by flight no. - Indigo, 6E-418 Then we catch the another connecting flight no. - Indigo, 6E-217, to reach Jaipur. During the process of Security check – CIA officer forget to put their seal on the tag of one bag. But he checked all our goods under the passing machine Then we went at Indigo flight counter and your officer checked our bags and he also ignored the same thing. We were also not aware about his ignorance. then we reached at flight via your arranged bus but before entering in flight, your another officer denied us to seat in flight due to this seal issue on one bag. We requested a lot but he did not allowed us to travel. Then We spent our full night at Mumbai Airport only. In that case, You have not arranged the another ticket even not reimbursed the amount of our old tickets. Due to emergency, i bought another ticket and travelled from Mumbai to jaipur. I hope you have understood the matter. Please find the attached ticket old ticket and new ticket. Please provide me the reimbursement of my new ticket on urgent basis.
