Dear sir/madam,
I am sorry to bring kind notice to you that i flew with your airlines, flight 6e-367 on 21st aug 17, vide pnr no. Jjd9nr from bangalore to new delhi. I have flown with your flight, but the kind harassment me and my mother faced would question me to fly with indigo again.
I had one laptop bag along with a bag which i was going to carry as cabin luggage which weighed a little above 7kgs, which i am aware of the rules that is allowed to carry, but i was barred from carrying and was asked to submit as check in luggage forcefully.
May i know why such behavior by your staff??? Why only i was harassed in this manner, cause we know that one laptop bag is always allowed cabin luggage up to the weight of 7kgs is allowed.
I was forcefully asked to submit it as checkin luggage as charged rs. 2100/- for the extra 7kgs for the bag they asked us to submit.
I am sure you ll definitely lose your trusted customers. Kindly look into the matter. Hopeful of a quick resolution to my grievance. Was this information helpful? |
