I took a flight on Saturday, the 4th of April from Mumbai to Bangalore and forgot my passport in the front pocket of the seat. I called up Indigo within two hours of landing and was promised somebody will look for it immediately. I told them all details including seat number so it shouldn't have been an issue to find it. Later I even found out that the plane stood still at the airport for the entire night. However, today is Wednesday and I just received a call that the passport couldn't be found. Over the last days I called up multiple entities like the indigo customer service, Bangalore office and two different lost and found offices at the airport. I could feel that nobody made any effort to find it or inform me of the status. I strongly believe somebody has taken my passport to make a profit of it (it's an international passport).
