Indigo Airlines — Full payment not received

Hi,

I have booked ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 16th travel date on 17th Jan by 6E 247 -7:10 am flight, during payment time some error noticed and proceed for final payment, it was noticed after some time that ticket was generated on 17th Jan by 6E 235-5:40 am. I approched call center for the same and explained the same, they agreed if i rebook the ticket with in 1hr time they will refund the full amount with out any deduction. also informed them if any deduction i will board as per the received ticket. as per their confirmation i booked the ticket and informed back to them in 15min. to refund the full amount. it is surprising to me that they are deducted the cancellation charges. and credited only Rs 2159 against Rs 4559.

when i noticed this i approached call center but i didn't get proper response. i was traveled on behalf of my company, now i was spent Rs 2400 from my pocket. this is injustice what they told on that day call, and now what they did not correct. at lost i am approaching you for justice.

i request you to kindly guide how i can get my money back.
