[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Harassed by Indigo check in counter official - Guwahati airport

Ms CHOI from the indigo check in counter in Guwahati airport harassed me during my recent Guwahati - Kolkata trip by flight 6E-322 and PNR D4PZRS. She was very unprofessional and treated us very disrespectfully which made me question the quality of recruitment of indigo officials. Ms CHOI should definitely not be allowed to sit in the front desk facing the customers directly because of the attitude she carries and the 3rd class communication skills she has. Very very bad experience with Ms CHOI in guwahati airport who completely managed to spoil my entire day and trip, very unpleasant and unfriendly.
