This is regarding customer care mail "re: fw: indigo - transaction initiated crm:01284984". I booked flight from kolkata to bhubaneswar (Return) for 2nd nov and the transaction was successful via icici net banking. However it showed error when it returned back to the indigo page. As per a message which popped up earlier before starting the net banking process, there was a message which meant that the behavior is common and expected. I was promised the following "if the payment gets deducted from your account without a confirmed reservation (No booking confirmation or email itinerary received), it will be our endeavour to offer you the same affordable fare you opted for, through a confirmed reservation or a hold booking basis the final status of the payment made".
But today i recieved a email that "however we regret to inform you that the reservation from the said transaction could not be generated.
The amount of inr 18888/- deducted from your account will be refunded to the same bank account within next 5-7 working days.".
This clearly seemed to be a technical fault at your end but i had to suffer.
It really seems a breach of commitment and a clear case if harrassment. Was this information helpful? |
