Sir/ Madame,
I Ms.H Syiemlieh have been a regular customer of indigo airlines, therefore what i faced during my travel on the 20th of November 2014 was a shock. I had made my booking for a return flight from Bombay to Guwahati, and on my travel back to Bombay with flight no 6E 322. As it seems my flight timing had changed and i had missed my flight, i was not informed about this neither through email, phone call or sms, but your staff blatantly claims that they have indeed called me. They recommended i pay 7000 plus for a later flight, please note that i am still a student and do not have that kind of money on me, thankfully i had managed to called my mother to the airport.
Throughout this whole situation, your staff members were very rude, specifically a lady at the ticket counter, she harassed me and made accusations against me for not knowing better. It came to a point where my mother who works at the State Consumer Forum Meghalaya wanted to file a case against the airline. I do not think your airline would want that kind of media attention.
What strongly request from the airline is to make sure this kind of thing does not happen again, please give me a refund if possible. New booking reference: ODV5YH
