Indigo Airlines — Harrasment /Delay in Flight / Birth Certificate asked for infant

Dear Sir, Utter harrasment has been caused my wife and son infant travelling in your flight .Firs the flight was delayed by one hr then /birth certificate asked for infant /then charged Rs 9000 for Infant child travelling./Flight was to take off at 1.45 but delayed .Very bad experience /Worst ever flight operators seen. Why dont alert message is issued urging the passengers to carry a birth certicate to all the infants/child boarding the plane.
