[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Haven't received a reply regarding my device left in 6E264 on 23rd Dec 2014. PNR:Y2PHY

I travelled through indigo flight 6E264 from CHD to HYD via Mumbai on 23rd Dec 2014. My PNR is Y2PHY. I forgot my Xiaomi Power Bank in my seat pocket. I sat on seat 6F. It is a silvery white device, with "www.xiaomi.com, 5200 mAh" written on it. I have contacted the call centre many times but have not received a reply regarding my device's status as of now. They claimed to submit a complaint regarding this issue, still it seems un-entertained. This kind of customer care wasn't expected out of Indigo. I request immediate action and expect to receive my device back.
