i am writing this not to blame indigo, apart asking for help. There has been a fraud with me regarding that i require help.
i had made a booking from jaipur to kolkata on 21st march 2020 through a travel agent names sj travels : ishan jolly is the owner on this travel agency. Due to some circumstances the passengers didn’t fly, and the ticket whole amount was protected in credit shell. The passenger rather booked another ticket of indigo and at the airport the indigo sales person spilt the pnr into two, the pnr’s are fww1hh, cey6uy total booking amount i paid was 68450
firstly airline didn’t agreed to refund the amount as it was a group booking, but after making repeatedly mails, calls and other way to contact the airline they agreed to make a refund and on 19th august 2020 they made a refund for the pnr fww1hh whose amount was 26355.
after i got the information that the amount has been refunded i tried to contact the agent to kindly refund me the amount when he receives it. As i approached him for the refund, he completely denied me that he will not refund the amount and asked me to assume that amount is bad debt. I again asked him the reason, he said he has used someone’s credit card and that person has escaped (I don’t know what the fact is). He even said you make a fir against him and also i can do all things i can but he won’t refund the amount. I further asked him give the contact details of the person whose card you have used, he even denied to provide me that, in behalf he has just provide me credit card number (I don’t know that’s correct number or the fake one).
i rather asked him over the call that what should i do now?
how would i get my money back?
he said mail the airline and say them the card has been expired so provide refund in different account or keep the amount in credit shell.
as instructed by him i have mailed the indigo team saying the card has been expired.
i am ready to file a fir against him and i paid him complete amount through the bank and i have all valid proof, i even have whatsapp chat that shows i have done the booking form him.
i am writing this just to request you if you can provide me the help by any mean, i have done all i could but failed, if you think that i am not a genuine person, i can provide all proof that you say, i can provide every passengers id proof with the letter.
all need i want is if you can reverse the refunded amount and provide the refund in different bank account, and if you talk to you tech team and get the details of the card used for booking or the name of the person whose card was used or anything that can help me take out of this mess.
i am ready to provide all documents you want, i can even share the fir when i do so.
kindly also help me what all steps can i take to make things in my favour.
i am ready to do anything suggested by you team.
kindly look into this matter and help me out i would be very gratefully enough if you can solve this issue
