Respected sir/ madam
I had my flight on 1st of october at 6.50 am and i was there at my counter at 6.00 am. As the queue was long, i waited for my turn, they sent everyone before me in the queue but at my turn, they told me that the counters are closed now. The person before me with four family members were allowed to go but i wasn't. I want to know where's my fault. I don't belong to a very rich family that i can afford this much of money to be wasted. It was a huge mistake to book a ticket with indigo airline as there cooperation level was zero. After that, they treated there customer like a servant. Only money matters to your staff? As long as counters are open, indigo staff is taught to behave well, after that treat them like #.
Just a second before, the one standing infront of me was sent and i wasn't. I want to know that my money can be refunded in any case or not. As it wasn't my fault, but i'm still paying for it.
I won't recommend anyone to travel through indigo as it was a worst experience. Was this information helpful? |
