Indigo Airlines — Il treating senior citizens

Indigo airlines staff at Hyderabad international airport didnt let my parents onboard the flight quoting them late even when they arrived 1 hour before the scheduled departure and ill treated them. At the checkin counter they misbehaved with them, were asking for extra money for no reason and at the end my old age parents missed the flight.
They were asking them to buy another ticket in order to onboard the flight.
Worst, worst experience ever with a flight like this.
I wouldnt recommend any of our senior citizens to travel by Indigo. As these people are fraud, too rude to talk and inconsiderate as they dont even consider the age of the passengers travelling.
