Dear sir/madam,
We
are Sorry
To Bring To Your Kind Notice That On 14th Feb 2015 Total 7 Of My Team Had To Go
To Bombay(Mumbai) And we Booked Your Flight No.6E 319. Vide Pnr No. Ny3Rqt.
We
Had Reached The Counters At 4.50 Am And Boarding Pass Was Issued before 5:10
AM, After Getting to the Security Check Where Due To Huge Rush And Long Line We Could
Able To Manage And Rush To Board Flight By 5:30 Am, Whose Dep Date And Time
Was 14th Feb 2015 For 5.50 Am.
Your
ground staff(the
person who was standing at Gate No: )was very rude; he wasted so much time on arguing with us rather than trying
to contact the Flight people for entry o[censored]s and he was so reluctant to
listen to us and oblize even after we explained him that we all 7 were
suppposed to attend our company corporate meeting at Mumbai and also our jobs
at threat and he also knew that there were no seats available in the next
flight at 8 am. He did not let us check-in to the flight.
This
was a really terrible and horrifying experience for us and caused a lot
of stress and mental egony on us as we requested to board the flight which was not yet started, he was so rude, in-human and have in-descent attitude he was not customer oriented or service oriented.
We are going to take
action on this and going to file a legal case on this, before proceeding to
legal case we though to bring to your kind notice for any support for the
damage happened ..
Highlighted Points –

We were on time in the Airport ..
·
We were issued boarding pass on time i.e. before 5:10 AM
·
We reached in the security check at before 5:15 AM (Held
up at security for around 15 minutes)
·
Dep Date And Time Was 14th Feb 2015 For 5.50 Am, Indigo Staff
said he
was not allowing us due to the flight door was close,
·
How could before 20 Min door would be closed ?
·
We were requesting that we are total 7 Members and all have to
attend important Management meet
·
The person standing at the Gate was reluctant and rude wasted time in arguing
rather trying for our check in
·
We were then forced take other flight i.e. Air India by spending more than 14700/- for each tiekct (one
of them per
head to attend a meeting, but we were still got late to and were penalised
by company for the same ...
·
We are going to file a legal case for the damage on Indigo airlines..
