Inconvenience and Harassment To PWD Passenger - FLT.6E-135 on 04 June15-AMD to Kol
I would like to bring to your knowledge that due to the negligence and inappropriate administration on your staff members as well as from management part my Pwd son Soutrik Samaddar was made to Board in a wrong flt.6E-237 instead of Flt.no.6E-135, Seat no.2C and he could not be traced till 3.45PM even after our repeated request to all the ground and crew members since around 3.15 PM onwards when we did not find him in his seat.The ground officer and Crew Members of 6E-237 was not perform his duty properly though my son was carrying Boarding Pass of Flt.6E-135 and they have not pay any attention to his request to board him in proper flight for such a long period of time( more than30-40 minutes).
The incident could have created a great mishap to my family and Incoviniences to PWD passanger.It is a negligence of duty and harrassment.

In view of the foregoing, I want to know modus-operanding behind the incident seek appropriate justice and actions immediately.
