Dear sir/madam,
I travelled by indigo airlines from kochi to hyderabad on 8th october 2017 late evening (Via flight 6e 263). Upon arrival in hyderabad, i noticed that my check-in baggage was tore from one side due to mishandling by air lines staff. I immediately searched for a indigo on-ground personnel but no one was available. Since it is a late night arrival and i am new to the place i was not in a position to search more and i left the place thinking that i shall register a complained on indigo customer care. When i talk to the customer care today they are saying they cant do anything because i didnt register the complained before leaving the airport. The baggage was mishandled even after the it was tagged the fragile card. I humbly request you to look into the same and do the needful. Looking forward towards favorable response.
