Hi,
Due to the negligence and irresponsibility of Indigo Airlines staff, we missed the flight from Hyderabad to Bengaluru. Our flight was at 4PM today (i.e., 30th May 2015, PNR is B9SWPD) and we reached the Hyderabad airport at 3PM itself. But when we asked for boarding pass showing the booking ticket printout, they told that there is no ticket with your names. After insisting the Indigo staff to check properly, they took around 15-20 minutes and then replied carelessly that your checkin timed out, so we can't give you the boarding pass, which is very ridiculous. We lost our ticket booking money. Now, we are booking another flight for tomorrow.
This is very very very bad stuff from the Indigo Airlines. They are not treating their passengers properly.
Please do the justice to us properly. Please refund our money back which was lost due to negligence of Indigo Airlines. I will escalate this issue further to Airport Authority of India as well.
