Indigo Airlines — Indigo Airlines Non refund of money after cancellation of flight from Kolkata to Ahmedabad against booking reference number G664FV

Myself Samir Guha booked a flight from Kolkata to Ahmedabad on 18th of August 2016 but due to some personal reasons myself cancelled my flight. Flight cancellation charges were deducted amounting to Rs.2250 and a refund of Rs.1976 was scheduled to be made within 5 to 7 days. Please note that already 14 days is over but I have not received any refund. The cancellation was done on 18th of August 2016.
