On Feb. 24th I had booked my Indigo tickets from Bangalore to Jaipur, my flight was scheduled at 18.05 and I had done my web check-in a day before the flight.
I reached airport by 17.20 since I did not have my check-in printout, I had to rush to nearby Kiosk. Kiosk machine was unable to process my request and I was unable to get the printout. So, I ran to enquiry counter, as the queue was lengthy I had to wait. I waited for 15 minutes and left to boarding counter, I requested them if I could take the printout of my check-in since they would not allow me to board without it. I was asked to wait in line for my turn, even after I told them that I was running late for my flight. By the time it was my turn, it was 17.45 and they denied to give me the printout and told me I had to reach the venue before 45 min. After which they denied to provide the printout and told me that my flight had departed at 17.05 though it was at 18.05. Then I tried to explain them that my flight was scheduled at 18.05 and I still had 20 min to board and all that I wanted was a printout. I was redirected to enquiry counter by which it was already 18.05.
My flight had already left and I was asked to re-schedule the flight and for that I had to pay extra 6, 000Rs.
I approached them for the inconvenience caused, for which they replied “we prepare the chart 45 min before and do not allow people after that ".
When I raised the concern regarding the loss of my money and time, she replied "this is how we work" and she did not bother to give any justification or solution.
After that my flight was re-scheduled to 23.10 but it was delayed by 10 min. I had a very bad experience after on boarding the flight. The Ac was not turned on till the flight took off, even after all fellow passengers complained that it was very suffocating and we were having problems in breathing.

Is this how you treat your regular customer? Even while returning back in your flight the cabin doors were broken and you had patched them with tape!
I would like to know what is done with our money if you cannot give us a proper service even after paying 18, 624Rs which was not at all worth!
I would like you to acknowledge and take a call on below points:
* Bad service.
* Cheap games and money looting policies.
* Unfriendly behavior of the staff.
I would never again fly with INDIGO. Thank you for the worst service. Hope you provide better services in future to others.
Please note: If no satisfactory action is taken against this issue I shall spend more money and time to do the honors by going to consumer court for this very unsatisfactory service.
