I had very bad experience with indigo at srinagar as due to airindia flight tyre burst our flight was cancelled suddenly at 14:00 hrs (BOOKING REFERENCE - Z6YC3C) from srinagar to vadodara via delhi. But at that time they told me that accommodation will be provided by them and if accommodation is not provided you have to submit bill on next day and we will reimburse you. But on same day after i called them, they arranged my flight from srinagar to vadodara on 16th june and when i asked from bill reimbursement of one night stay they rudely told such facility is not available with them.Also all hotel prices got doubled due to large rush of passengers, other companies flights were also cancelled but all passengers were provided with good accommodation with transport including airindia. i think now airindia quality is much more improving and private players are interested in only making money with no moral ethics.
