[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Indigo were not ready to refund

Dear Sir, I have booked my flights having PNR's VIR4JM(credit shell Rs12000.00) and YJD72J(credit shell Rs 6897.00).Due to covid-19 I am unable to travel anywhere in india and abroad.I have requested many times to your management of Indigo to refund my full money but till now i did not get my refund. Every time they told that u r not eligible to refund.Now the supreme court has also clearly ordered on 01/10/2020 that the money should be refunded to the customer.So I requested them to refund my money (Rs12000.00+Rs 6897.00) as soon as possible. but they refused.Kindly do the needful action as soon as possible.

you are absolutly wrong because no full Refund is made only partial refund is made.For your kind information remaining amount of tickets VIR4JM 12000.00 rupee and for ticket YJD72J rupees 6897.00 are still in credit shell.Anything else???Dear Sir before replying u must cheched carefull then only u should reply.Kindly refund my rest amout 12000+6897=18897.00 rupee.Is that clear.I am waiting for my refund.
