I have been chasing indigo since 3 sep and it is 12th today. Clearly, indigo is least concerned about the customer service. Your customer support is just booming my inbox with indigos standard reply saying that we will get back. No wonder your services are so inefficient. I faced 3 issues and none of them were answered till date.
1. My family reached the airport and your long queue of checkin 45 minutes prior to closing of the counter. But your executives moved them around different counters making the situation more worse and finally told them that they have missed the flight and they have to buy another ticket. Did you guys sell off the tickets to some other passenger? I would like to know that.
I have worked in aviation industry and i know how it works. A check-in does not take more than 3 minutes untill ofcourse your cse are so inefficiently trained to do so and meet the standard of the industry
2. Your executives told them that the ticket price for previous flight will be adjusted in the new ticket, which they never did. Why did they misguide my family by saying so? Is this how indigo train their staff to misguide the passengers?
3. When my family didn't have any option due to the emergency situation they bought your ticket and went to the checkin counters to checkin the baggage but to my surprise i got to know your cse didnt even check in the baggage and made them carry it all the way till the aircraft and offload it on their own later. Is this your way of punishing elderly passengers.
Indigo airlines has proved to be an epitome of inefficient customer service. I have waited almost a week for you guys to get back and i am not going to let this go easy. I want explanations to all my questions. Was this information helpful? |
