Indigo Airlines — Irregularities in their online booking websites

We 4 o[censored]s booked tickets from Delhi to Hyderabad under 6E student (25kg baggage). But the site has a bug that if more than 1 person is there then it automatically changes categories from student to family and friends.

We had around 75 kg luggage and were charged due to wrong tickets were given by website. we were charged Rs.1500 and were mentally harassed by this event.

Indigo people were very incorporative and straight away said that they can't help us. We talked to them for hours and still no solution. We emailed them but still no solution or refund from their side.

Their site is still malfunctioning
