Sir, i traveled from port blair to kolkata.. I lost the ticket. I am a central govt. Employee and i have to submit my ltc claim. Please issue duplicate ticket and boarding pass. Now you may opt for travel certificate which is INR. 200 per passenger per sector. I have to book a flight. I have no surname with my first name like its only neha. Then what i have to fill in surname option...,

Hi Shabina,

We would like to inform you that for domestic travel you may write the first name in the last name column or vice versa, in case of international travel you need to write LNU in last name column. Please note that different countries have a different set of rules. Therefore, we request you to share the origin and destination.
