Dear sir I have lost my boarding pass indigo 6e 857 on dated 11 jan 2017 from kolkata to guwahati, having pnr - tdyiht which was a confirmed ticket in favor of mayarani mohanty. Ticket booked on dated -3rd jan 2017 through otdc tour and travels. So, you are requested to issue above said duplicate boarding pass in favor of my name for using at official purpose. Thanking you.
