I traveled through Indigo from Delhi to Bangalore on 2nd Dec 2016 with my family to attend my sister's wedding in the next Morning.
When we reached Bangalore, what i found that out of 3 luggage, I only received 2 of my luggage and 1 of them was missing.
I talked to thr Lost baggage department and they gave me a number and assure me that I will get my bag on very next day in the morning.
In that bag I have my wife's Important medicines, clothes to wear in wedding, any many important things.
I atleast called them 100 times on the given number but no one picked my number and didnt got any response from there side.
Due to which I have to bear a very heavy loss that I told to the Indigo department.
After so many days of conversation with the Indigo department one of the customer care executive called me and try to blame me that all the loss was happened because of me as they advise thr customers to put all the important things in thr hand bags and just did nothing to my concern problem.
I just got the very stupid reply from thr side after so many days that I have attached in with the complaint.
I have to bear so heavy loss due to thr pathetic service.
My Sister's wedding got ruined and my wife health issues happened that is only because of them and they just gave me a simple reply to give feedback to thr concern team.
I want to file a complaint against the airline and the staff due to which all the things happened .
I need the full compensation of all my losses from the airline and a strict action against them.
