I came to new Delhi from Dubai on 30-10-16 @4am morning and I choose indigo airlines for new Delhi to jaipur at 7:25am
Details are-

I was carrying a dancing machine ( a red color hoverboard )in my baggage which weight around 10kg.
Your check in counter staff person charged me 1100 rs for extra baggage because I was unaware of the baggage limits in domestic flights
I am attaching you the picture of the fine receipt.
I dont mind because I was carrying a 10kg machine in my bag which contained power bank (as they say).
After successful check in I came to my gate no. And while boarding to aircraft one Indigo staff person called me to come your counter for physical checking of my luggage. It went awkward to get out of the bus and visit to that cisf zone for inspection.
I asked your staff person to guide me what to do . Weather I cancel my flight and catch a bus ?
He didn't said anything when I asked him if he can return my extra baggage charges.
He very rudely replied - (hum kuch nahi kar sakte Bhaiya)
He was your senior staff not any peon or helper.
Cisf officer took out the machine as they say it's illegal though I am carrying it from Dubai.and seriously no body asked me to.
I asked your staff people who didn't even bothered and very rudely said we cannot help.
I kept running from here and there for assistance and my flight was about to finish boarding.
I asked your staff to return my extra baggage charges for which they very beautifully ignored me and tried to scare me by saying - " aapki yeh flight miss ho jayegi Fir kuch nahi milega"
I asked your staff persons to return my extra baggage and let me take any Volvo bus so I can reach Jaipur at time with my machine.
They didn't care. They were simply ignoring me all the time and its so awkward.
I started calling on the numbers which called me for the fine

After few calls they replied to me . They said - sir our attendand will come to meet you in the flight soon.
I just wanted a kind gesture from you people.
I never come to Delhi and my machine which is quite expensive will just hang here and there all the time.
I wanted to take a bus so I could carry this machine for our kids at home
This was a dancing machine.
I seriously wanted to get down of the plane and take my machine and extra baggage charges and catch a Volvo bus so I could spend a quality time with my family this Diwali
But because of your management and very bad service quality these staff people were not entertaining me...
I just wanted them to help me and guide me in the process but they are irresponsible and very shameless dont know how to behave.
Is this what indigo symbolise??
I have been traveling from very long in Jaipur Mumbai indigo flights and haven't met such staff people.
It's not about a single person it's about the whole staff and trust me you can ask any customer there and visit there anytime.
Dear, how can you just ignore the passenger????
I am asking them something. Iwas about to cry because I wanted to be on Diwali this year and want to gift that machine to my kids.
Dubai international airport didn't stopped me anywhere.
Honestly, your Delhi staff is too desi and irresponsible.
I just wanted them to help me in this matter but they are ignoring and running from me.
They said your attendand will come to me in flight but no one came. I went to one of your attendand and he was like running away from me.
How kiddish ...
Are you not paying these guys enough.??
Or they don't know how I behave.

I wrote this complaint in Delhi jaipur flight and will sended as complaint when i reached Jaipur.
I am seriously disturbed and all Thanksgiving to your Delhi staff for wonderful behaviour.
I request you to please send my machine to Jaipur so I can collect it from here and return my extra baggage charges which were fined to me unnecessary!!
I cannot afford to go to Delhi airport to collect it from there. As I stay in Jaipur.
This is the 4th time I am mailing you. And your customer care people are saying they have no idea of anything.
They dontt know where is my machine ?!!
They want me to write complaint everytime so they can initiate the tracking process.
Where is my red color hoverboard machine?
I am attaching you images of fines and boarding passes.
