IndiGo just proved it is the worst airlines with worst customer service ! On our flight (6E 626) on 22nd November from Ahmedabad to Delhi, 3 of our luggages were manhandled by their porters and broken ! We lodged a complaint with their executive at the airport and she gave us a receipt (complaint number: 031) and wrote a phone number (+91 [protected]) at its back assuring that we will get a call within 24 hours. I had to call them after waiting for a day and when finally they decided to answer the call after numerous attempts, Kamal assured me that they will pay for the damages (Rs. 4200) and asked me to mail them the PAN card details and account details. Now after 15 days, 2 reminder mails and numerous unsuccessful attempts to talk to them on the phone (yes they don't ever answer the calls!), They seem least bothered to even reply !
Kindly suggest the way forward. TIA.
