Indigo Airlines — Luggage received damaged and there was no one for lodging a complaint

I was travelling in '6E 794"from kolkata to pune on 26/2/17.My reference id is[protected].I had 2 baggage, 1 for cabin luggage & another for main luggage.When I handed over the main luggage it was in perfect state.But when I received it the trolley handle was missing.When I lifted the bag from the conveyor I didnot noticed it as I used the manual handle for keeping it on trolley.When I reached the cab only to find that it was broken and it is missing.I came back for lodging a complaint but could not find any1 as it was quite late late night.
Please lodge my complaint regarding the mishandling of the luggage.I had been travelling regularly in this flight & other flights of Indigo but never had a chance to conplain. But this time this thing have left me utterly disgusted.
