my pnr no is H7QIFZ .due to my personal problem i reshedule my ticket by telephonic and i went to the ticket coubter of Bhubaneswar airport for my payment around 7.30pm. a indigo lady staff named Anisha was there. she was busy with her mobile nd having cheat chat with other staff in between.. when I repeatedly requested her for my payment... she got so annoyed that she shouted me to stay there and left the counter.. after few minutes she came back and again got busy with her Mobile. again I tried to draw her attention for my payment.. thn with a rough voice she argued with me. eve she was not willing to give my money receipt or ticket.. she was such a unprofessional staff with a arrogant behaviour that it can't be expressed with writing.. so its my humble request that management should go through this matter.. thank you
