Indigo Airlines — Misbehaviour of staff and mismanagement

I travelled by indigo flight 6E293 from kolkata to mumbai on 01 jun 15 with family, seats being 15 A to D. I reached the airport 2 hrs prior departure, ie at 0500. After baggage screening, I proceeded to the check in counter (portal d). The lady was arrogant and disappearing from counter at own convenience. After 1 hr duration, when I reached the counter, I was told that checkin would take place at portal b, with no prior intimation. Also the next moment, the lady announced that she will be xlosing the counter. When me and a few other passengers protested, we were blatantly told that by the lady that its the indigo airlines due to which ppl like us are afford air travel. I am a serving officer of indian armed forces and have travelled by indigo since last 6 years. The services have been satisfactory and the flights have been punctual mostly. However such incidents force me to consider other airlines who offer better services at the same cost. Kindly note that the airlines is surviving due to passengers like us, and its not the other way round.
