[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Mishandling of my check in bAggage

I travelled from Bombay to Lucknow on 30th November 20, at 7 45pm with flight pnr KPI94U
My American tourister trolley bag is damaged torn from the top, it was a check in baggage,
I enquired about the complaint section to which I was told to put it in online complaints by an airport staff. I need my bags money reimbursed, it’s a 10k worth bag and now it’s good for nothing. Who holds accountablity for This?
