Very poor customer service ...torturable system to trace luggage...misplaced by them...and told to us to wait for two hours means upto 3 am even then also they were not sure whether they will inform about the same or not .We kept on waiting for more than two hours but even then also they were not in position to reply...even they have not arranged for waiting place being the lady I received the harsh and uncertain behaviour.
Had a worst experience with indigo and
after loosing my precious thing more in terms of emotion has turn this incidence to my nightmare.whole night I hv spent at airport.Strict action and penalty should be imposed on their business of mishandling luggage and harrassing customers.even called customer care but no response.
