We had done web check-in and reached the counter at 6:17 am. We still had 45mins time. They said it's closed and didn't allow us and sent us to book the next flight. We couldn't get the next connecting flight and also was not available for next 3 days. Is this the way to make money. We have two small kids and is this how the indigo treats us. We had to cancel it and we hardly got any money for cancellation. There was a huge queue in indigo counter which makes me feel that this is the way the airlines is taking undue advantage of the situation to make illicit money. All the other flight counters were free. I think we will take legal opinion on this.
P. S: i'm very sure by now indigo airlines has got immune to all these complaints since the review is so bad. I should have checked the reviews before booking a flight in indigo. Was this information helpful? |
