This is with reference to our 3 members flight from new delhi to srinagar scheduled on 06-nov-17 through indigo flight no. 6e-148 and pnr no. Nygjtc at 1505 hrs. We reached airport terminal 1d at 1420 hrs with prior web-check in, 15 mins late due to delhi traffic as we were travelling from ghaziabad and twe have informed the same at customer care also at 1410 hrs that we will get late for 10 minutes and after that when we reached at indigo counter for giving luggage bags they refused us and said boarding completed and you cannot travel in this flight and said you go to counter no. D7, they will help you.
But when we reached said counter one executive was on call and was not listening to us, when we said we are going to miss our flight then she said go to other counter, when we went to that counter, executive sitting was not listening and continuously doing his work, we tried to talk him and he was ignoring us, then we shouted and requested, then he reverted that you cannot travel as boarding closed, we requested him like anything but it was not bothering him and then he called his manager that girl also dint listen to us although at that time was 1435 hrs and we were requesting that we have web check in also only take our luggage and let us go but she was saying if she will allow us then she had to do all paper work again and continuously arguing and trying to buy the time, so that boarding get closed and it was clearly written that boarding gets closed 25 mins before departure and we could have caught the flight and at the same time two more passengers had the same issues as ours and they were requesting but indigo staff were rude and totally unprofessional but still then we requested give us another flight then she was saying we don’t have any tickets available and you have to buy the fresh tickets.
Although i am a frequent flyer of indigo, you may check my records with my name (From murugappa group) but now i am boycotting with indigo and giving information our travel partner (Parry travel – murugappa group) of this incidence happened with me for their necessary action.
Just because o[censored]nprofessional behavior of indigo team, we lost our entire trip and my family mood got spoiled, as we planned lot of things. Our entire hotel bookings, taxi booking and return flight tickets everything got wasted. It was our family trip and we lost rs. 35000 and which was our hard earned money which we saved in last 2 years for one trip. Yesterday was my and my son’s birthday which was ruined because of indigo staff only.
We are requesting to senior management of indigo to probe into this issue and take corrective actions immediately and arrange for entire money refund, so that we can plan our trip.
