I was traveling from goa to raipur via hydrabad. There was a halt for one hour at hydrabad airport. During the boarding in flight no. 334. I missed my one luggage at coach which was blazer in cover and requested with crew members to allow me to go and collect my luggage but they ensured me that they will manage it and took the luggage to me but they didn't responded till departure. I again contacted to raipur airport in indigo office but staff not cooperated. I have tried to connect with hydrabad indigo staff but didn't got any positive answer. Please suggest what to do??

I am trying to get travel certificate for my past travel dates as I lost my boarding pass but after submitting correct booking Id and email id the site is refirecting me to the same hime page. could you please help me to get my travel certificate?
