With reference to the subjected PNR(EBEIVJ), I want to file a complaint against the Irresponsible behavior of Indigo at Bangalore Airport today.(20-Feb-2017)
My mother reached the airport at 8:10 am for the 9:10 flight and dropped her Checkin luggage at the designated counter. There was a long queue in the security and she had to wait in the queue for more than 30 minutes. As the queue was long, she could not reach the boarding gate at 8:25 AM (as mentioned on the Boarding Pass). During her wait at the Security, there was no assistance from Indigo to escort her to the gate. By the time she reached the gate at 9:00 am, the flight had already left.
What astonishes me the most is that there was no effort made by Indigo the trace the passenger. Unlike all my previous trips. there was no announcement, no mail, no SMS, no Call or any personal lookout for the missing passenger.
I had always trusted INDIGO but after this painful experience, i can only say "Go for anything but INDIGO"
Please look into this matter and see to it that the necessary steps are taken to avoid such incident in future and a Full Refund for this flight tickets. The physical and mental harassment is something which i am already going through
