Hi team,
I have booked my ticket from muscat to kochi from marmul travels muscat. Booking ref - f15myh. While booking my ticket, i have clearly informed the concerned person to book on thursday night, as it is an online booking, i have downloaded on 14 evening only. While checking in they are telling i can't able to go. I was totally struck up. I dint get any support from indigo or marmul travels at my critical situation. Indigo has the responsibility to change my ticket and allow me to go in the same flight. Even after my continuous request and begging no one turned up. I can clearely state that this is not my mistake. I need justice in this issue. And i have booked new air india flight to kochi.
Am looking forward for a genuine response and compensation from indigo. How ever i am gona file a complaint for compensation. And i also assure that no one from my family, friends, surroundings would not fly in indigo any more.. Was this information helpful? |
