I am raising this complaint against indigo airlines, we boarded the flight number 6e534, pnr: uftvpq, from kolkata to chennai on 9th october 2017, flight was at 6:20 pm ist but they didn't inform us firmly that it will be 3hours 30 minutes late, while taking boarding pass they informed flight is on time, then we boarded the flight at 7pm ist and the flight started moving exactly at 9:55pm ist, we didn't have the access for airport and restricted to flight for almost 2 hours and they didn't provide any refreshment as a good will gesture, we were still okay but once we reached chennai, our 2 bags were missing, and after waiting for another 1 hour the help desk said, our bags are still in kolkata and when it will come they do not have that information, i traveled with my aged parents, for this extremely worst service and harassment we paid almost double fare and came home at night 2am ist, please take some action and do the needful to return our bags and please take it as a high level escalation, we are suffering got indigo airlines Was this information helpful? |
