[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Missing Baggage worth Rs. 10,000

I travelled from Kolkata to Bangalore yesterday dated 30th Dec 2014 with two luggage. As I reached Bangalore and enquired about my luggage I was informed that my luggage is missing. And its still not Reached Bangalore Airport as it was mistakenly put into cargo. I have been ringing the Indigo Customer care and the air port authority for the same more than ten times today. But those said they are on the way to my home. But they never turned up. How to handle this kind of negligence. What you guys are doing with the passengers. Is this the way you delight your customer. Sorry to say worst ever experience I had with Indigo. If this problem is not resolved at earliest I am going to lounge the complain to higher levels against the concerned people and who are ignoring my complaint.
