Dear Sir,
I undersigned have been enjoying your esteem flight service for my official visit to Thuruvananthapuram, Cochin, Hyderabad, Delhi, Kolkata, since 2007 and also i am quite delightful your nice/co-operative services.
But it was very shock and annoyed me, when your Flight bearing No. 6E 205 ( Way to Kolkata ) left/miss me in DELHI Air Port at 9.55 AM on 29th April 2015, even after I am having the Boarding Pass of the Same Flight and waiting/Sitting in front of the Gate No 18 ( Ground Floor ) . None of yours Staff members was call me or my name before closure your Boarding.
After this missed, your Staff Members at gate are guide me to reschedule your same ticket by paying some extra charges for the Flight at 11.55 A M ( for Flight No. 6E-201 ) for the destination to Kolkata.
I am very sorry and quite disappointing of your services render to me on that day ( 29th April 2015 ), which was give me a big lesson and a hefty cost of Rs. 5, 406/- even though without any mistakes from my side.
In this circumstances, I earnestly request you to refund the amount of Rs. 5, 406/- which was charged to me for re booking the ticket for same Journey, immediately.
In this connection, I am furnish herewith all the details for your ready referance and quick action.
