This is to inform you that i, sunny prakash s/o sh. Yogender prakash have traveled from delhi to doha on 20.02.2018 by indigo airlines flight no. 6e1701, booking reference y6uerr (Morning 01.50am flight) with one no baggage, but when i have arrived at doha airport, i am unable to get my luggage.
I have immediately complaint to concerned department (Complaint ref no. Dog6e10847/20feb18/0148gmt, they have confirmed that due to some miss handling my luggage not borded to doha the same they have at delhi airport itself. They took confirmation with photo of my buggage itself.
Concerned dept. Lodged my complaint and confirmed that i will get my luggage my same day itself. Now 2 days passed and i am still unable to get my luggage.
Now i want that "indigo" should refund me the full cost of my ticket plus rs. Incidental expenses plus cost of my baggage rs. 10000/- and rs. 25000/- for the mental stress and loss of work for one day.
