Indigo Airlines — Missing mobile - Moto G Black

I am writing this email in need of help to find out my cousin mobile. She forgot her mobile before entering airport. I requested indigo front desk agent to handover her mobile to her. She agreed and also I gave my contact information Incase if they have any issues. I wasn't contacted and my cousin also not received her mobile. It happened last week 11/12/2016 Sunday 7 am IST in Chennai domestic airport. Below is PNR of the passenger NG8R2U. Kindly help me to find mobile. Please let me know if any questions.

I booked a ticket from guwahati to Bengaluru in armed forces quota,
For this an amount of rs.3255 way charged, this is my indigo transaction id. 1b2dae1269e[protected] i got through mail and sms, but tickets were not generated, i didn't get pnr or anything
Till now i didnt get any reversal.
