I booked a parcel frm kolcata to amritsar... Deliver tym ind 6am of 08/04/2018 but now your employes says that your parcel is missing delhi or somewhere... Now they say v have to collect frm next flight which is aftr 13 hours but m not able to collect bcoz in this way my parcel is damage bcoz there is seed of flowers in parcel...
