This is the complaint, i had lodged on 11/12/2016 to your registered office as the person i talked to on 10/12/2016 was not ready to record my complaint on phone.

On 4th september 2016, i had booked tickets for my travel from mumbai to patna on 4th december 2016 and return from patna to mumbai on 10th december 2016. The ticket was booked in the name of prafulla sinha and vidyawati sinha. The pnr was mg9n8u.
I completed my travel from mumbai to patna on 4th december as scheduled. However on 10th december 2016, when i reached airport to my utter dismay, i was told the following:
1. My ticket has been cancelled on 6th october at my request
2. That indigo has refunded about rs. 13000 to my american express card
3. I was not allowed to travel
I had never cancelled my reservation. Indigo had never informed me about cancellation of my return ticket. All the trouble and consequential financial losses should therefore be on your account and therefore i must be adequately compensated.
I have now re-booked my ticket through goair for travel on 15 december 2016 for rs. 35172/-.
Please therefore look into the matter and adequately compensate me for the financial losses on account of ticket fare, stay charges and losses on account of my absence from my office for 5 days.
