Horrible service provided by indigo airlines while travelling from Bombay-Patna with Indigo 6E-342 "Pnr status- DFCEUR" Yesterday[protected].
Yesterday I had a flight which was departed from Mumbai at 14:20 on[protected] and halted in lucknow for 30 minutes, along with the passenger deboarding at lucknow, they have dropped my luggage down in lucknow airport.
I need a compensation regarding this, the inconvenience caused to me today as I dont have any clothes and other basic items to use. I had to go home without my luggage.
What irresponsibility type of service are been provided by the indigo airlines.
Can you please tell me how can I relay on this airline next time for my travelling.
Even no response is been given from their side. They have told that they would be delivering my luggage at my home at 10:30AM in the morning on 17/05/2015, but still now I havent got any respond from their side nor any information about my luggage.
Infact I have to call them 4-5 times regarding information about my luggage.
