[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Negligence from Indigo's staff

Dear Indigo team, I am Hitesh Banwari from Ahmedabad, My flight was booked from Delhi to Raipur on 15th December 2014 at 6:55 AM, PNR no : Y7BGYP. However I reached the Delhi airport at 6:20 AM and I was not allowed to board the flight but then the flight got delayed till 7:30 AM. Inspite of a fact that I had discussed with your service staff, they were not able to do anything. This is utter negligience from Indigo airlines not valuing their customers. I will be surprised If i do not receive any reply for this email. Regards Hitesh Banwari [protected]
