Indigo Airlines — No flight management and luggage damaged

Dear sir

My wife was travelling from Lucknow to goa.Her flight was scheduled at 8:40 am but left delayed at 9:30am.
Later her connecting flight was from Delhi at 11:55 am but the status was showing 10 min. late . After waiting for long at 11: 55 am whwn my wife went to the counter to ask for when the flight will come, the told the flight has already left.
One of the indigo staff member a sardarji he told her that as the flight was late it came and went of fast. He was not at all cooperative and very impolite.
My wife has checked in the airline and there was no announcement or boarding call from airliner.
Finally her ticket had to be cancelled and new flight ticket purchased for a flight at 14:25hrs.
Finally when she arrived at goa airport her luggage bag was left with no ropes to pickup . Bag was tampered very badly.

Kindly revert back the extra expenditure of new ticket and my bags damaging charges.
